Hormone Therapy Programs for Men & Women

            What We Do

We Treat Hormone Imbalance

How do you know if you have hormone imbalance? If you experience hot flashes, fatigue, night sweats, weight gain, decreased libido, decreased muscle mass, sleep disturbances, anxiety and mood issues you could have a hormone imbalance. At Optimal Hormones, we strive to help you feel better at any age.

We partner with the most advanced laboratories to offer cutting edge hormone and wellness testing. We have a wide range of specialty laboratories to test hormones, antibodies, thyroid, and adrenal function.  In addition to hormone testing we have tests to detect food sensitivities, nutrient/mineral deficiencies, and neurotransmitter deficiencies.

Hormone, thyroid and adrenal testing can be done by blood, saliva and/or urine.
Neurotransmitter testing can detect a surplus or deficiency in dopamine, serotonin and a host of other neurotransmitters which may lead to fatigue,
depression, anxiety or other mood disorders.

We provide telemedicine consultations, appointments and refills completely from the comfort of your home.

Laboratory Testing

Optimal Hormones has a range of testing options we can use to obtain the most accurate method for the hormone we are testing. Tests span from comprehensive to specific.

Types of Testing

Salvia testing is one of the most accurate ways of testing hormones. It is also the only way to test hormones administered topically. Salvia can also be used to test neurotransmitter imbalances related to surplus or deficiencies which may lead to fatigue, mood disorders, anxiety and worry.  Salvia is an excellent way to test the thyroid and adrenals.

Serum (blood)

Serum testing is widely used for many standard tests.

Blood spot

Blood spot testing can be used for testing cortisol levels, thyroid, and sex hormone metabolites and more.

By using accurate testing to optimize these hormones effectively, we can reclaim a high energy, youthful quality of life even as we get older.

Today toxins play a significant role in disrupting our hormones. We are exposed to multiple toxins through our air/food/water. More toxins mean more people are facing imbalances in estrogens, progesterone, testosterone and/or thyroid.
